By Road (Self-Drive / Taxi)

Most popular. NH-305 is in excellent condition. Hire a taxi from Chandigarh (~₹4,000) or Delhi (~₹8,000).

HRTC Bus

Daily HRTC buses from Shimla and Chandigarh to Banjar/Jibhi. From Jibhi, hire a local taxi (₹500–800) to Jalori Pass.

Fly to Bhuntar

Flights from Delhi to Kullu-Manali Airport (Bhuntar). 65 km drive to base. Quickest option from far cities.

Last fuel station at Banjar town (14 km before Jalori Pass). Stock up before the final climb.

Yes! The trail has a gradual slope with no technical sections. All Kids and seniors in reasonable fitness can complete it comfortably. Ponies are available till top (₹800–1,500) for both sides for those who need assistance.
